Winter backyard birds

A few weekends ago I took the camera to take some photos of birds in the backyard at the feeders.

I have one large feeder filled with black oil sunflower seeds and beside it I have a suet feeder that holds four suet cakes, the latter was a Christmas gift from Eric. On average I fill each of them every weekend.

Here are some of the birds I saw. The only ones I couldn't get a good photo of were the cardinals and doves, they're too cautious and fly away when I try to get a photo.

My next post will feature the nuthatches, woodpeckers, and juncos.
